Installation

Installed once.
Recorded properly.

Our technicians fit or register compatible meters and record each one as they go, so your dashboard matches what's on the wall.

Getting set up

From site visit to first token.

Installation is recorded as it happens, so every meter in your dashboard is one a technician actually fitted and photographed.

  1. 01Site visit

We look at the building, the units and the meters you have, and confirm what's compatible.

  2. 02Installation link

Your technician gets an install link for the building and finds each unit as they type.

  3. 03Every meter on record

Each meter is photographed in place and linked to its unit, so nothing is guessed later.

  4. 04Sign-off

The technician marks the job complete and your caretaker signs it off.

  5. 05Stickers on

Print scan-to-pay QR stickers for every meter, sized to sit right on the casing.

  6. 06Live

Residents buy their first tokens, and every payment appears in your dashboard.

Questions

Questions about installation.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the number of units and meters. We agree a schedule with you after the site visit.

How do I know every meter was installed?

Technicians record each meter on an install link with a photo, and your caretaker signs off before the building goes live. You'll see every meter in your dashboard.

Can my own electrician do the installation?

Talk to us. Meters need to be a supported model and registered correctly against each unit, so we coordinate every installation.
