Do I need an account to buy a token?
No. You can buy with just your meter number or by scanning the sticker on your meter. An account adds your history and SMS tokens.
How do I pay?
With M-Pesa or a card, through our payment partner's secure checkout.
What if my token doesn't load?
Your token is always shown on screen, so you can type it on the meter's keypad. For supported electricity meters you can also send it to the meter again.
Where do I find my meter number?
It's printed on the meter and on the QR sticker next to it. Scanning the sticker fills it in for you.
