How long does it take to get started?

Signing up takes a few minutes and creates your first building. Installation depends on the number of units and meters; we agree a date with you after the site visit.

Can I manage more than one building?

Yes. Add as many buildings as you need, each with its own units, tenants, meters and reports.

Do my tenants need smartphones?

They need a phone with a web browser to buy tokens online, and they pay with M-Pesa or card. No app store download is required.

How do I get paid?

Your share of each payment is tracked against the unit. Bank-linked landlords are split at checkout; mobile-money landlords get a transfer once the payment is confirmed. Payouts appear in your finance view.
